Who we are

Territory Buddy ("we", "us") provides a web app used by authorized users to view and manage territory records. This Privacy Policy applies to the Territory Buddy service and the site at territorybuddy.com (the "Service").

We collect only what we need to operate, secure, and support the Service.

When you sign in or use the Service, we log limited device details to help diagnose issues and support users. This can include:

• Device pixel ratio
• User agent string (browser/app identifier)
• Platform (operating system / device type)
• Language
• Touch support detection
• Timestamp

How we use information

• To authenticate access and display the Service to authorized users
• To provide support, troubleshoot bugs, and improve reliability
• To protect the Service against abuse and unauthorized access

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information
• We do not use your information for advertising or marketing profiles

How we share information

• Service providers: The Service runs on Google infrastructure (for example, Google Apps Script / Google Sheets) and uses Google Maps to display maps. These providers process data as needed to deliver their services.
• Legal: If required to comply with a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of the Service.

Local storage (browser storage)

The Service may store limited data in your browser (for example, to keep you signed in and remember preferences). You can remove this data at any time by clearing site data in your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep account and device/support logs only as long as needed for operations, security, and support, and then delete or anonymize them when they are no longer required.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect the Service.

Your choices

• You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by contacting us (below).
• You can control some local storage in your browser (see "Local storage" above).

Children's privacy

The Service is intended for authorized users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International users

If you access the Service from outside the country where the Service is operated, your information may be processed in countries with different data protection laws.
